1. Service nature
DAMAI AI / 大麦 AI is an e-commerce software platform under development for product research, advertising workflows and decision support. The public website is informational. Private-beta features may be incomplete, changed, paused or removed.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide, for protecting credentials and for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Users must comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.
3. Connected accounts
If a future feature asks a user to authorize Amazon or another platform account, the user must have authority to grant that access and should review the requested permissions.
DAMAI AI does not currently claim Amazon authorization, certification, partnership or approval.
4. Third-party dependencies
Some future workflows may depend on Amazon or other platforms, APIs, data, availability, policies and permissions. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
5. No guarantee
Research and decision-support outputs do not guarantee demand, ranking, sales, advertising results or profit.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suzhou Datu Commerce Services Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or beta service.
7. Intellectual property
The site, software, brand and content are owned by or licensed to Suzhou Datu Commerce Services Co., Ltd.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
