1. Service nature
DAMAI AI / 大麦 AI is building an AI-powered Amazon operations platform for seller research, advertising workflows, and decision support. The public website is informational. Any private-beta product is provided only to invited users under the terms and instructions presented for that program.
2. Beta status
The product is in Private Beta / Under Development. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, paused, or removed. Beta access is for evaluation and feedback, not a guarantee of future availability or performance.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for reviewing outputs before acting on them. You must comply with applicable laws, marketplace rules, advertising policies, and agreements that apply to your business.
4. Amazon account authorization
If a future feature asks you to authorize an Amazon account or other platform account, you must have authority to grant that access. You should review the requested permissions and may revoke authorization through the connected platform or the DAMAI AI data deletion process.
DAMAI AI does not currently claim marketplace authorization, certification, partnership, or approval. Any future integration will be described accurately at the time it becomes available.
5. Third-party platform dependency
Some future workflows may depend on Amazon or other third-party platforms, APIs, data, availability, policies, and permissions. Changes or outages in those platforms may affect the service. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
6. No professional or guaranteed advice
Research and decision-support outputs are informational tools, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. No output guarantees demand, ranking, sales, advertising results, or profit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the DAMAI AI service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site or beta service. Any mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable protections remain unaffected.
8. Intellectual property
The site, brand, software, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the DAMAI AI service operator. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except as expressly permitted.
9. Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or beta features. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Account termination
If an account or beta invitation is introduced, access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, breach of these terms, or operational reasons. On termination, you must stop using restricted beta materials and may request deletion as described on the data deletion page.
11. Governing law
Governing law and venue will be confirmed before a formal connected service launch. The final jurisdiction-specific terms will be published with the confirmed service operator information.
