Data Deletion

Data deletion requests are currently handled manually by Suzhou Datu Commerce Services Co., Ltd. during Private Beta.

What you can request

• Disconnect a DAMAI AI-side Amazon or other platform connection.
• Delete account or beta-profile data.
• Delete stored connection information and OAuth tokens where applicable.
• Delete stored marketplace or advertising data, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

How to submit a request

Email Otiniula@163.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or connection, but do not send passwords, secret keys, full OAuth tokens or API credentials.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge the request.
2. We may request reasonable identity verification.
3. We disconnect applicable DAMAI AI-side connections and identify any required retention.
4. We confirm completion or explain any remaining retention requirement.

Platform-side revocation

Users may also revoke authorization through the connected platform's own authorization-management mechanism. Platform-side revocation and deletion of data stored by DAMAI AI are separate actions.
